Rebecca Fenner - Occupational Therapist

Rebecca, a graduate of Florida International University, has spent the majority of her career in the pediatric setting, treating a wide range of diagnoses, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, sensory processing disorders, autism, developmental delays, physical disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. She has completed numerous continuing education courses in sensory processing, social/behavioral techniques, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Oral Motor Therapy, Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), and Handwriting Without Tears.

Rebecca is known for her efficiency, organization, and leadership in the therapy community, with a strong track record in building therapy caseloads and achieving positive patient outcomes. Her expertise includes craniosacral therapy, NDT, Myofascial Release (MFR), oral motor therapy, feeding, and sensory integration. She is also skilled at working closely with families and rehab teams to provide compassionate and effective care.

Outside of her work, Rebecca enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Lisa Banister - Physical Therapist

With over 30 years of experience, Lisa has built a remarkable career dedicated to helping children thrive through physical therapy. Throughout her professional journey, Lisa has had the privilege of practicing across the United States and even in South Korea, working with children in a variety of settings. As a proud Army wife for 30 years, Lisa’s experiences have been enriched by her ability to adapt to different environments and collaborate with diverse communities.

Lisa's passion for pediatric physical therapy goes beyond just providing treatment—she strives to make a lasting impact on every child’s life. Her extensive background in working with children of all ages has equipped her with the skills to address a wide range of physical challenges, from developmental delays to complex rehabilitation needs. Lisa’s approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and a deep commitment to each child’s growth and success.

Since the opening of Little Angels over 6 years ago, Lisa has been a vital part of the team, bringing not only her expertise but also a heart-centered approach to her work. She believes in creating a supportive and encouraging environment where children and families feel confident and empowered in their therapy journey. Her dedication to helping children reach their full potential makes her an invaluable asset to Little Angels.

Candice Rollins - RN Care Manager

With over 19 years of diverse nursing experience, Candice has worked in a wide array of specialties, shaping her comprehensive approach to patient care. Currently a Family Nurse Practitioner, she is also pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice to further enhance her ability to serve patients with the highest standard of care.

My career journey has allowed me to work in several dynamic areas, including pediatrics, psychiatry, MedSurg, and other specialties, giving me a well-rounded perspective on patient needs across the lifespan. From providing compassionate care to children and families to supporting patients with complex medical or psychiatric conditions, I have built a solid foundation in delivering holistic and individualized care.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to continuous learning and growth, striving to integrate evidence-based practices with compassionate care. I am passionate about creating strong, trusting relationships with my patients, working closely with them to develop personalized treatment plans and empower them in their healthcare journey.

Christy Columbus - Director of Nursing

With over 20 years of nursing experience, Christy Columbus, RN, MSN, is a dedicated healthcare leader committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As the Director of Nursing, she oversees clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care while fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.

Christy’s background in NICU and Special Care Pediatrics has shaped her expertise in caring for individuals with complex medical needs. Her passion for patient advocacy, regulatory excellence, and evidence-based practices drives her commitment to improving healthcare standards. She takes pride in leading teams with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and, most importantly, patient-centered care.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Christy values quality time with her family and enjoys fishing, recognizing the importance of balance in the demanding field of healthcare.

Daneiqua Hamilton - Office Manager

With over a decade of experience in childcare, Daneiqua Hamilton is truly dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children can thrive. Her passion for child development shines through in everything she does, ensuring that every child receives the care, attention, and encouragement they need to grow both emotionally and academically.

For the past four years, she has specialized in Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) Operations Management, bringing her expertise to children with unique medical needs. A graduate of Flagler College’s Childcare Center Operations program, she also holds the Florida Child Care and Education Program Director Credential, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in pediatric care.

Her leadership skills, deep understanding of childcare operations, and unwavering dedication to quality care make her an invaluable part of our team. She takes pride in ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting staff, and most importantly, making a positive impact on the lives of the children and families she serves.

Jag Ambwani – MD, FAAP

Dr. Jag Ambwani, MD, FAAP, is a distinguished pediatrician and the founder of One World Pediatrics in Longwood, Florida. With a career spanning multiple countries, Dr. Ambwani has dedicated his life to enhancing pediatric healthcare.

Dr. Ambwani completed his pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey, where he earned the Best Resident Award for his commitment to serving underserved communities in Newark. His global medical experience includes practicing in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States, enriching his approach to pediatric care. Currently, he is pursuing Executive MBA from Kellogg Business School, Northwestern University, IL.

Innovations in Pediatric Care: In January 2018, Dr. Ambwani founded Little Angels PPEC, implementing advanced electronic health software that significantly reduced emergency room visits by 90% for medically complex children.
